THE ROLE:Sales Advisor role

You’ll be:Sales Advisor role
Identifying sales opportunities through inbound customer interactions
Upselling and cross-selling products based on customer needs
Managing contract renewals and upgrades
Achieving and exceeding sales targets
Building strong customer relationships through active listening
Staying informed on products, promotions, and industry trends
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Essential:Sales Advisor role
Persuasive communicator motivated by targets and commission
Goal-oriented with a competitive, results-driven mindset
Resilient and able to handle objections professionally
Comfortable with technology and multiple systems
Desirable:Sales Advisor role
Sales, telesales, or contact centre experience
Track record of meeting/exceeding targets
Experience in telecommunications or service-based sales
WORKING PATTERN:Sales Advisor role
40 hours per week | 5 days on-site | Shifts between 8am-10pm (Mon-Sun) | Rotas provided 1 month ahead
