Receptionist / Sales Administrator, Craigavon, Competitive Salary
Blackfox are currently working alongside a successful suppliers based in Craigavon who seeking a new Receptionist/Sales Administrator.
What you will be doing:
- Review and manage dispatched sales paperwork and margin on customer invoices.
- Issuing packaging invoices to customers.
- Maintaining all dispatch paperwork.
- Handle calls from customers giving advice on stock availability, prices, and delivery.
- Sales order processing and liaison with sale reps, stock controller and warehouse staff.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail
