Sales Administrator
Location: Omagh, Co. Tyrone
Salary: £26,000 £29,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (1hr lunch break included)
Saturday (on rota): 09:00 12:30 (average 1 in 5, paid at an enhanced rate)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally
- Process and input customer orders with accuracy
- General office administration
- Record customer payments and support stock control
- Please note: this is a customer service/admin role no cold calling required
What Were Looking For
- A friendly and professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
