Sales Administrator

Location: Omagh, Co. Tyrone
Salary: £26,000 £29,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (1hr lunch break included)
Saturday (on rota): 09:00 12:30 (average 1 in 5, paid at an enhanced rate)

Were recruiting for a Sales Office Administrator on behalf of a well-established, family-run business in the fuel and energy sector. The role offers full training, long-term stability, and the chance to be part of a supportive team within a business known for its service and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally
  • Process and input customer orders with accuracy
  • General office administration
  • Record customer payments and support stock control
  • Please note: this is a customer service/admin role no cold calling required

What Were Looking For

  • A friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
