Role Includes:
- Answering and processing incoming phone calls.
- Inputting and processing orders.
- Invoicing & administration
- General Office duties.
- Entering & Processing Customer Payments.
- Stock Control
- No cold calling involved.
Desired Skills:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Good telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent planning & organisational skills.
- Ability to demonstrate problem-solving properties.
- A confident & determined approach.
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with a drive for success.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous customer service is preferable but not essential.

- Salary £26k – £29k, experience dependent
