Sat: 09.00 12.30 (On Rota, Paid enhanced rate Avr 1 in 5)

Role Includes:

  • Answering and processing incoming phone calls.
  • Inputting and processing orders.
  • Invoicing & administration
  • General Office duties.
  • Entering & Processing Customer Payments.
  • Stock Control
  • No cold calling involved.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Good telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent planning & organisational skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving properties.
  • A confident & determined approach.
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated with a drive for success.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service is preferable but not essential.

  • Salary £26k – £29k, experience dependent
