MYM Recruitment are excited to be continuing to work with our Draperstown client who were established in 1992. Due to expansion, they are currently seeking to recruit anambitious and talentedSales Administratorto join their busy team.
Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Handle inbound calls from pharmacy customers take orders directly or transfer to the assigned sales rep as needed.
- Process all incoming orders received via:
- Website
- App
- Electronic-Brochure ordering system
- Email/ Fax
- Telephone
- Check product codes, pricing and stock availability before order entry.
- Ensure all orders are entered accurately and processed within agreed timeframes.
- Follow up on back orders or delayed items and communicate updates to customers.
- Answer customer queries about pricing, product availability, promotions and delivery status.
- Liaise with sales reps to clarify customer details when required.
- Maintain accurate records of all processed orders.
- Keep up to date customer contact details and relevant notes within our CRM system.
- Proactively highlight current promotions/ offers, especially on our key distribution brands.
Essential Criteria:
- GCSE Maths & English.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (phone and email).
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Confident working with computer systems, CRM & order entry platforms.
- Ability to multitask in a busy sales environment
