Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly reputable firm with a strong UK presence to recruit a Sales Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, providing essential administrative support to the sales department while also managing broker and house accounts. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across a range of functions, including preparing quotes, processing orders, arranging finance documentation, invoicing, and coordinating client deliveries on a monthly basis. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring all deal files are managed efficiently. Maintain and manage internal processes to deliver outstanding customer service. Submit finance proposals for both private and corporate clients acquiring vehicles. Process invoices for vehicle purchases from manufacturers and dealerships. Prepare and manage finance documentation for vehicle deliveries in line with FCA compliance. Communicate with customers and dealerships to coordinate delivery logistics. Keep current with vehicle specifications and finance product offerings. Ensure all compliance and finance documentation is completed accurately and promptly. Support and manage select broker relationships and internal house accounts. Maintain and update internal CRM and administration systems effectively. Contribute to the companys Health and Safety standards as outlined in the Conditions of Employment. Candidate Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional, confident, and comfortable interacting across all levels of the business. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential. Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred). Personable and approachable with a positive attitude. A minimum of six GCSEs (including Maths and English).
