Our client in Belfast is seeking a proactive and dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to join their dynamic Sales Team.
This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the drive to succeed in a supportive office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-quality customer service at all times
  • Prepare quotes and process customer orders efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Support the wider sales team with reporting and administrative tasks
  • Make outgoing (non-cold) calls to customers to build and maintain relationships

Essential Criteria

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent
  • Strong communication and empathy skills
  • Results-driven with a focus on service excellence
  • A team player who thrives under pressure
  • Sales-minded with a positive, can-do attitude

Desirable:

  • 2+ years in a sales or customer service role
  • Experience engaging with business or corporate clients
  • Familiarity with a Management Information System (MIS)
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and personable
