A well-established Belfast law firm is seeking a skilled and client-focused Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy property team. This is a great opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years PQE whos looking to take ownership of their own caseload, work directly with clients, and join a supportive, close-knit team environment.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases

• Remortgages and equity release

• Transfers of equity

• First-time buyer and new build transactions

• Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and clients throughout the transaction process

Youll be given the autonomy to manage files from start to finish while receiving the support and resources needed to succeed.

About You

• 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing

• Confident managing your own caseload independently

• Strong client care and communication skills

• Well-organised with excellent attention to detail

• A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
