At Peter’s Hill, we support a group of people with learning disabilities, mental health diagnosis and complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives in a warm and vibrant setting. With thirteen single occupancy apartments, this is a service dedicated to a person-centred approach.
You’ll help people explore the world around them, build confidence and independence, and support them through every part of life from daily routines to new adventures.

- Hours: 0 (As and When Required)
- Salary: £12.70 per hour
What Does the Role Involve?
As a Relief Support Worker, you will:
- Support the people we work with to lead their own lives with a person-centred approach
- Assist with daily tasks including finances, home routines and medication
- Work within a well-established team of Support Workers and Team Leaders
- Provide 1:1 support as needed, with full training and guidance
- Build strong, respectful relationships and help create memorable, rewarding days
