Location: Diageo Marshalls Rd and Diageo Mallusk, East Belfast/North Belfast
Working Hours: 36 hours per week (various shifts covering days, nights and weekends)
Hourly Rate: 13.15
Contract Type: Permanent

Job Introduction
Are you a dependable and vigilant individual with an active SIA Licence? We’re looking for a Security Officer to join our team at Diageo Marshalls Rd and Diageo Mallusk. In this newly created role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining a safe and secure environment across two high-profile sites in Belfast. With a range of shifts available, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for variety and responsibility in a trusted position.

Main Responsibilities

• Delivering consistent and professional gatehouse duties

• Monitoring access and egress at both sites

• Conducting routine site patrols and inspections

• Responding swiftly and appropriately to any incidents

• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety protocols

• Maintaining accurate logs and incident reports

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a valid SIA Licence (essential)

• Has own transport to commute between sites (desirable)

• Demonstrates strong communication and observational skills

• Remains calm and professional under pressure

• Flexible and able to work various shift patterns
