Relief Production Operatives (Day & Night Shifts) – Ballymena

Were currently recruiting for Relief Production Operatives to support shift-based operations across both day and night shifts. About the role:
- £12.25 per hour (Day Shift) | £14.09 per hour (Night Shift)
- Day Shift: 6:50am 7:00pm
- Night Shift: 6:50pm 7:00am
What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Feeding bottles/cans into the clustering machine
- Monitoring the machinery for jams or defects
- Ensuring correct product quantities per cluster
- Quality checking packaging before it moves to the next stage
- Supporting general production activities across multiple lines
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in work areas
- Following site health & safety procedures
- Manually placing or feeding corner pieces onto pallet edges
- Ensuring corners are secure and aligned correctly
- Assisting with wrapping pallets or preparing them for dispatch
- Assisting with changeovers and other relief tasks as needed
What Youll Need:
- Previous experience in a factory, production, or warehouse environment (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to work both day and night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow instructions and health & safety procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
