Relationship Manager (Insurance) – Belfast
MCS Group is looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join a highly renowned, global insurance broker. This is a brand new, full-time permanent position to compliment a period of significant growth for the Belfast office.
This is a massive opportunity for someone with general insurance experience to take a huge step into a role that will ultimately lead towards Trainee Account Exec / Account Executive.

The Role:
As the successful Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in:
- Managing a comprehensive client database and proactively engaging with client for pre-renewal relationship building
- Ownership of pipeline management and generating appointments
- Proactive lead generation
- Strategic client and customer engagement
The Person:
The successful Relationship Manager will meet the following criteria:
- Existing experience within insurance advisory, insurance servicing or development position – outbound calls, marketing experience is advantageous
- Excellent client-facing and phone manner
- CRM knowledge (Salesforce or similar)
- Strong business acumen, understanding of client business challenges, insurance needs and expectations
