The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will drive business growth across Northern Ireland, Ireland, and the UK Midlands, promoting Kalzip’s premium roofing and façade systems through proactive business development and strong stakeholder engagement.
Working across the construction value chain-from architects and specifiers to contractors-you will secure specifications, influence project decisions, and convert opportunities into profitable business.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional business plan aligned with national strategy and local construction trends.

Identify and convert new project opportunities with the support of Kalzip and Teamkal networks.

Deliver a minimum of 20 CPD presentations per year to engage and educate the specifier community.

Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers.

Maintain an accurate project pipeline, providing regular reports and forecasts to the Sales Director.

Promote Kalzip’s technical, sustainable, and aesthetic advantages to defend and grow market share.

Support approved contractors to ensure project success and uphold Kalzip’s quality reputation.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and construction regulations to maintain a competitive edge.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Technical or construction-related background, with B2B sales experience-ideally in roofing, cladding, or related building envelope products.

Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on sales execution.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.

Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Understanding of UK building regulations, codes of practice, and HSE standards is advantageous.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
