Your new role
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning coils, replacing filters, and checking refrigerant levels.
- Test system performance using specialised tools (e.g., multimeters, pressure gauges).
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations (e.g., handling refrigerants per EPA standards).
What you’ll need to succeed
-Technical certificates – Heating, ventilation and air conditioning qualification.
