Sourcing Specialist Opportunity – Belfast Salary: £25,000-£28,500 About You We are eager to connect with dedicated professionals who excel in relationship management or customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Success in this role requires a collaborative team player with a proactive and driven mindset. The Role- As Sourcing Specialist, you will be supporting the wider team across a number of client accounts, assisting with sourcing top talent in the market. Within the role, you will be responsible for a number of key areas including: Identify and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track candidate information and recruitment activities.
