What You’ll Be Doing
Candidate Sourcing Excellence
* Utilising advanced search techniques across LinkedIn, job boards, and niche platforms to identify top-tier candidates
* Building comprehensive talent pools across their core sectors
* Engaging passive candidates through targeted outreach campaigns
* Conducting initial screening calls and qualifying candidates against specific briefs
Supporting High-Performing Consultants
* Working closely with their senior consultants to understand client requirements and candidate specifications
* Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring consistent flow of quality applicants
* Coordinating interview processes and maintaining excellent candidate experience throughout
* Contributing to business development through market intelligence gathering
What They’re Looking For
Essential:
* Recruitment experience from either agency or in-house environments (corporate TA, RPO, or agency resourcer/recruiter roles all welcomed)
* Proven ability to source candidates effectively using multiple channels
* Strong phone skills and confidence in stakeholder communication
* Experience with Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Demonstrable passion for finding and engaging top talent
Highly Desirable:
* Understanding of professional services markets
* Track record of hitting targets or KPIs in previous roles
* Experience managing high-volume requisitions or multiple hiring manager
