Recruitment Officer
We are working with a leading employer based in Dungannon to recruit for a proactive Recruitment Officer to assist with attracting and hiring the right people across all levels of the manufacturing business.
The Recruitment Officer will work closely with managers to meet hiring needs, promoting the employer brand and ensuring that candidates have a smooth journey from application to onboarding.
Recruitment Officer will be responsible for:
- Managing end to end recruitment, from job brief to onboarding
- Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach
- Screening CVs, arranging interviews, and managing assessments
- Supporting managers with interviews and recruitment best practice
- Keeping job descriptions accurate and engaging
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
- Overseeing onboarding, inductions, and pre-employment checks
- Completing monitoring information
- Supporting apprenticeship recruitment and reporting
- Working alongside the HR team to ensure head count is at the correct levels
What youll need for the Recruitment Officer role:
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR with a strong focus on recruitment
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns from start to finish
- Confident in engaging and building relationships with candidates at all levels
- Experience sourcing talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals.)
- Skilled in screening CVs, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews/assessments
- Strong stakeholder management skills able to partner with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
