Job Summary

Recruitment Consultant ( Public Sector) First Choice Selection Services are a Contracted Supplier of Temporary Staff to a Number of Public Sector bodies Including Northern Irelands Healthcare Trusts/ Local Councils/NI Housing Executive and the Fire and Ambulance Services

Staff Supplied range from Professional to Administration and Support Staff. We are seeking someone who will take on responsibility for these Contracts in the Newry/Lurgan/ Dungannon And Enniskillen Areas.

The Successful person will be responsible for

Handling Client Staffing Enquires

Preparing And Placing Recruitment Adverts

Screening and Processing Advert Response

Managing Temporary Workforce

Building Client Relationships

Organising and Undertaking Local Recruitment Exercises to Build applicant Database

Job Fairs And Marketing Activities

We are looking someone with a Background in Servicing and Building Clients Relations and An Ability To Build On an Existing Business. Experience in a Customer Focused Role Is Preferred. Role Will Require Someone With Their Own Transport.

Hours 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary Plus Quarterly Bonus
