The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, youll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening candidates to developing client relationships and delivering results. Youll build and grow a desk within one of our three markets; NI, ROI or USA, developing long-term partnerships with both candidates and clients.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Proactively source, interview, and match candidates to client requirements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from first call to offer stage

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the Accountancy & Finance market in Northern Ireland

• Hit and exceed individual and team targets

• Represent our brand professionally at networking and social events
