About the Role

Were looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. Youll play a key role in sourcing, placing, and supporting candidates while building lasting relationships with clients.

This role starts at 25 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as the business continues to grow. For the right person, there is also a clear progression path to Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Advertise vacancies and actively source quality candidates

• Screen CVs and arrange interviews

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers

• Keep internal systems accurate and up to date

• Achieve recruitment and placement targets

• Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, organised, and target-driven

• Confident using recruitment platforms and digital tools

• A positive, professional approach
