The Recruitment and Compliance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services and maintaining the ongoing compliance of candidates

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Effectively manage and coach a team of recruitment coordinators.

Ensure full compliance with employment law and sector specific regulations.

Recruitment of nurses and healthcare workers to fulfil the needs of our clients.

Creating and placing advertisements using online platforms to effectively advertise the business.

Pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct interviews.

Overseeing the recruitment of candidates, completing the registration, identification and national insurance checks, verification of qualifications, Access NI checks and right to work.

Ensure ongoing candidate compliance, including the coordination and scheduling of required training updates.

To assist the Managing Director and Nurse Manager in ensuring the quality of the service and ensure the Agency meets the RQIA guidelines.

To assist with HR matters including investigations, disciplinary and performance management.

Assist with collating information relating to tender applications and audits.

To complete annual appraisals

Essential criteria

1 year’s management and recruitment experience.
Desirable criteria

Third level degree / qualification in relevant area
