My client is growing and their looking for a motivated individual to join an amazingly friendly, ambitious team within a Health & Safety Consultancy. If your an experienced recruiter eager to learn a new industry and bring your skills to the table, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career with a company expanding across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

What Youll Do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Screen CVs and arrange interviews
• Build strong relationships with candidates and keep them informed throughout the process
• Support the team with admin, compliance, and onboarding tasks
• Help deliver a smooth, professional service to our clients

What Were Looking For

• Full UK driving license
• 2 years Recruitment/Resourcing experience
• Health & Safety recruitment experience would be a bonus – but if youre eager to learn, theyll have you trained!
• Confident communicator, especially on the phone
• Organised, with the ability to manage your own priorities
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude
