Key Purpose
Deliver top-quality customer service while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness , safety ⚠️, and facility presentation ️ across our Activity Centres. Help create a welcoming, fun, and secure environment for all users, especially children and vulnerable adults.
Main Responsibilities

️♀️ Set up, dismantle, and safely handle activity equipment

⚠️ Follow health & safety regulations and Council procedures

Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility

Ensure compliance with child protection & safeguarding guidelines

Supervise customers and provide excellent face-to-face, phone, and email service
-
Assist at reception, operate cash/booking systems, and reconcile income
-
Maintain logs and safety checklists
-
Help induct new team members or students on placement
Essential Requirements

✅ Minimum 1 year’s experience in a customer-facing role
-
A relevant coaching qualification OR 3 years’ customer service experience
-
Basic knowledge of Child Protection & Vulnerable Adult policies
