Receptionist Front of House Support
Location: Hillsborough Road, Carryduff, Belfast, Lisburn and Castlereagh, BT8 8HR
Pay: £13.26 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a full range of receptionist services greeting the public in person, over the phone, and via email in line with the Councils Customer Care standards

Operate the switchboard, ensuring calls are transferred correctly and messages are delivered promptly

Manage a computerised booking and cash system including ticket sales, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate records

Handle cash lodgements and reconciliations in line with Council procedures

Promote and merchandise stock, and assist in the promotion of Council services and special events

Provide general clerical and administrative support including filing, data entry, and word processing

Process incoming and outgoing mail

Direct conference delegates and other visitors as needed

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and Council procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Support other Centre Management Section duties as assigned by the Duty Officer
