Receptionist/Front of House Newry £ Competitive As the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, youll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment at their Newry HQ. You’ll manage day-to-day front-of-house and support the smooth functioning of office operations. Key Responsibilities Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism, maintaining a high standard of client service. Manage visitor sign-in, security passes and meeting room schedules. Coordinate hospitality and liaise with catering providers as required. Handle switchboard calls and direct them appropriately. Process incoming and outgoing mail, and manage office supplies and services (stationery, couriers, confidential waste, etc.). Be the first point of contact for internal office-related queries. Provide general administrative support and assist with events and ad hoc tasks across the team. What You’ll Bring Excellent communication and organisational skills. Confident using MS Suite. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in a reception/front-of-house role. Proactive, approachable, and a strong team player.
