As Project Quantity Surveyor, youll be at the heart of each projects commercial journeyfrom pre-contract to final account. Youll work closely with Project Managers, ensuring profitability, accurate valuation, and risk control across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full commercial control of your projects, ensuring profitability and compliance.
- Monthly site visits to track progress and issue timely payment certificates.
- Valuation and reporting of all billable works to support strong cash flow.
- Proactive cost monitoring, forecasting, and identifying opportunities to maximise value.
- Clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders on all financial matters.
- Contractual management including variations and compliance tracking.
Essential:
- 5+ years experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a main contractor.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and autonomy.
- Expertise in NEC contracts (JCT knowledge a plus).
- Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Estimating and QS software (CostX preferred).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
