Quantity Surveyor – Electrical (Measured Term Contracts)
We are hiring for our client, a well-established leader in building services, seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Electrical to manage the commercial delivery of Measured Term Contracts (MTC) within their Electrical maintenance division.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that values technical excellence, commercial accountability, and career progression. Based in Northern Ireland, you’ll lead cost management across multiple Electrical maintenance frameworks, supporting public sector and facilities-based projects.

The Role – Quantity Surveyor – Electrical
• Commercial delivery of Electrical MTC and maintenance contracts
• Manage procurement, tendering, and cost control processes
• Carry out valuations, variations, and contractual submissions
• Work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients
• Ensure cost forecasting and reporting aligns with internal and client requirements
• Maintain compliance with NEC 4 contract terms and PSA schedule of rates
• Support continuous improvement across project and commercial teams
The Person – Quantity Surveyor – Electrical
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical focus)
• Background in Electrical MTC or maintenance contracts (essential)
• Strong working knowledge of PSA schedule of rates
• High proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools
• Commercially astute and contractually aware (NEC4 familiarity)
• Strong communicator with experience in client-facing roles (desirable)
• Public sector experience beneficial
