Quantity Surveyor Waste, Water & Renewables
Were working with a well-established engineering contractor thats growing steadily across the waste recycling, waste water, and renewable energy sectors. Theyre on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team and take ownership of the commercial side on a range of technically interesting projects throughout Ireland.
Youll be joining a business thats big enough to deliver large-scale projects but small enough to keep that personal, supportive feel. This role offers the chance to get hands-on with complex engineering schemes, working closely with site teams and clients from tender stage through to final account.

What theyre looking for
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, engineering, or M&E projects
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding (ideally NEC)
- Confidence managing costs, variations, and subcontractor accounts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting wider project teams
