Are you looking for a Quantity Surveyor role? Interested in working for a leading contractor specialising on the delivery of high quality commercial, residential, healthcare and education projects?

VANRATH are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a lead contractor based in Belfast

Remuneration:
£Competitive DOE + excellent benefits package

Overview of Role:

• Management of Term Service Contract for large healthcare project
• Working with on-site contract team
• Liaising with client representatives, subcontractors and Suppliers
• Preparation of Quotations
• Co-ordination of work across site

The Ideal Person:

• Degree Level Quantity Surveying qualification
• Graduate or junior QS with 1-3 years post-graduate experience
• Experience in a similar position
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a wider team
