Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Antrim. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will support the QS department in delivering multiple high-quality fit-out projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, is highly organised, commercially aware, and keen to contribute to the continued success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost allowances

• Conduct valuations and agree on variations

• Produce CVRs and profitability forecasts

• Identify labour and material requirements, obtain quotes as required

• Liaise closely with the purchasing team

• Manage and agree final accounts in a timely manner

• Oversee and mentor junior QS staff

• Handle payments to subcontractors and suppliers

What Were Looking For
Essential Criteria

• BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience as a contractors QS

• Previous experience in fast-track fit-out projects

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex contracts independently

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
