This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System while driving operational excellence across laboratory functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality & Compliance
- Manage and continuously improve our QMS in line with ISO 13485 and ISO 15189
- Lead audits, document control, CAPAs, and management reviews
- Ensure all activities align with regulatory standards and patient safety principles
Operational Efficiency
- Identify and lead LEAN improvement initiatives to optimise lab workflows
- Streamline SOPs, reduce turnaround times, and improve resource utilisation
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance
What I am Looking For
Essential:
- Degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. Biomedical Science, Life Sciences) or experience in similarly regulated environments
- Experience in a quality or compliance role within a lab, clinical, or regulated setting
