Quality Manager (Manufacturing) – Maghera – Full Time We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our client on a permanent basis. Our client is an industry leader in manufacturing in the Maghera area. About the role: £Competitive salary Monday to Friday 37 hours per week Permanent role What you’ll be doing in this role: Overseeing and enhance the Integrated Management System(IMS) Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and driving continuous improvement You will work closely with managers and operatives across all departments to manage safety and quality issues Implementing preventative measures Maintaining rigorous quality standards What this job requires: Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Proven experience in a SHEQ Manager or similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in sheet metal fabrication Strong knowledge of ISO , and 45001 standards Demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve quality issues effectively Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Personal traits of rigor, curiosity, and drive to achieve excellence.
