Role Quality Manager

Overview
My Client a leading Manufacturing company are in the process of expanding their Operations team. As the Quality Manager you will promote levels of customer satisfaction while achieving high quality standards in a lean environment.
Main Duties
- To develop and implement the quality management strategy in line with business standards.
- To develop and maintain systems to establish standards relating to activities and products.
- To develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards.
- To monitor performance according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels.
- To establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments..
- To manage department performance against agreed targets through appraisal and review.
