Job Summary

Description

We are recruiting a Quality Technician to join our high-performance operations in Campsie.

This role supports the inspection and verification of product quality throughout our manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with specifications and internal standards.

This is a strong development opportunity for individuals with a high attention to detail who are motivated to support production teams, uphold quality controls, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections and quality testing throughout production processes.
  • Document inspection results and report non-conformances.
  • Calibrate and maintain quality tools and equipment.
  • Partner with production teams to resolve quality issues and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Support additional duties as required to meet operational goals.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in quality, engineering, or a similar technical field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach.

Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience:

  • Ability to read engineering drawings and use measurement tools.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality methodologies.
  • Experience with switchgear, UPS, CRAC units, STS, or busbar systems.

Additional information:

  • Frequent standing and working within a manufacturing environment; PPE required.
