We’re currently recruiting a Quality & Compliance Officer to join our Q&C team in Lombard House. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and promote maintaining the highest level of quality assurance and compliance across Inspire.
?? What You’ll Be Doing:
As our new Quality & Compliance Officer, you’ll play a key role in:
- Participating and promoting a culture focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for people supported by Inspire’s services
- Supporting the development and delivery of the Quality theme within Inspire’s strategic plans
- Enabling the administration, management and oversight of Inspire’s Quality and Compliance Frameworks
- Facilitating a continuous improvement approach that also shares and promotes best practice.
We’re particularly keen to hear from applicants who are proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative and passionate about keeping people safe.
