Two Purchase Ledger Clerks Needed…………for a Leading Retail company in Belfast. This a solid company to work for who are a market leader – A Study Package is on offer too!

Position: Purchase Ledger

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:45 – 17:00

Salary: Up to £26,200 per annum (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the company’s purchase ledger, working with a large busy Accounts Department.
  • Reconciling supplier accounts and processing payments
  • Ensuring documents are processed on time and accurately
  • Liaising with internal management and external customers
  • Assisting with month-end purchase ledger closedown

Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in accounts with good computer literacy
  • Previous experience in accounts
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
