Job Summary

ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR – Purchase Ledger Clerk – Belfast

SALARY: £26,000 + per annum

EMPLOYMENT: Permanent, full-time, office-based

Reed Accountancy and Finance is pleased to be working with a highly successful, Belfast based organisation involved in the construction and property development industry. They are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Invoice processing and reconciliation
  • Sales order processing
  • Invoice checking ensuring costs and stock quantities are correct
  • Raising queries to resolution with employees and suppliers

What you’ll need to succeed!

  • Knowledge and understanding of purchase/sales ledger duties
  • Experience using an Accounting Software, Sage 50 software preferably
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • IT Proficient, confident using Excel
  • High level attention to detail and accuracy
