As a Team Member, you will support with the day-to-day operation including the running of the Food service areas and bars to ensure a high level of service is offered to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- To meet and greet the guests, getting them set up on the activities booked ensuring the process is friendly and efficient.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
- Engage with customers to create a fun, lively atmosphere.
- Follow all health and safety standards and adhere to licensing laws.
