What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Commercial Growth: Lead the development of new business opportunities and actively manage existing client portfolios to deliver year-on-year profitable growth.
  • Account Management: Build deep relationships with clients, understand their business objectives, and deliver tailored security solutions that evolve with their needs.

  • P&L Ownership: Share responsibility for branch financial performance, including revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Innovate and Transform: Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and transform traditional services into intelligent, integrated solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular client reviews, KPI/SLA meetings, and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors, gather local market insights, and use data to inform commercial strategies and service improvements.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with operations and commercial teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Design and implement local commercial plans, lead price negotiations, and manage transformation pipelines.
  • Risk-Based Evaluation: Continuously assess service provision and propose alternative models to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Customer Experience Excellence: Champion client-centricity by identifying solution gaps and driving innovation to meet evolving market needs.
