A leading fresh food manufacturer in Northern Ireland is offering an exciting opportunity to join their Technical team . This is a hands-on role with real development potential, working within a business that supplies to major UK retailers and prioritises quality, sustainability, and innovation.

?? What youll do:

Support the Technical/Quality function across factory operations
Assist in monitoring and maintaining food safety and quality standards
Carry out traceability exercises, internal audits, and investigations
Work with cross-functional teams to improve systems and processes
Gain exposure to BRC audits, retailer standards, and customer interactions

?? What were looking for:

A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Agri-Food or a related field
A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for food safety and quality
Strong communication and organisational skills
Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment

This role would suit someone local to the Dungannon area or open to relocating for their first technical role in industry.
