The Vacancy Project Worker – 104 University Street Supported Living ?? Location: Belfast ? Shifts: Combination of early, late, and one long day (4 days per week) Rebuild Trust. Reignite Potential. Develop harm-reduction strategies in a non-judgmental, person-centred way ? Build confidence through openness, honesty, and practical life support ? Build positive relationships / rebuild fractured relationships ? Learn about themselves and let their personality shine through What Does the Role Involve? As a Project Worker, you will: ?? Build respectful, consistent relationshipsthis is the foundation of everything ?? Provide practical support like medication, shopping, meal prep, and attending appointments ?? Support people to engage with community resources and recovery pathways ?? Handle day-to-day challenges with calm, emotional intelligence, and curiosity ??
