Were looking for a motivated Project Manager to head up a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and other support needs. Youll lead a passionate team, deliver outstanding care, and make a genuine difference to peoples lives every day.
What youll be doing:
- Leading and inspiring a high-performing care team
- Ensuring tenants are safe, happy, and living well
- Driving quality, safeguarding, and inclusion
- Managing resources and budgets effectively
What youll need:
- Recognised health/social care qualification (social work, nursing, allied health, or Level 5 Leadership & Management)
- Management experience in a health/social care setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexibility and commitment to person-centred care
