Your new role
As Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects-from pre-construction planning through to final handover. You’ll lead site teams, manage budgets and programmes, and ensure each project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This role involves regular travel across Northern Ireland and close coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, procurement, and delivery
- Manage budgets, timelines, and risk
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings and progress reviews
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience managing construction projects (industrial/commercial preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of construction processes and stakeholder management
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), First Aid
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across NI
