Project Manager – Fit-Out & Refurbishment Projects – Belfast, Northern Ireland
Ongoing Contract Rate: £400 per day

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join a leading contractor specialising in fit-out and refurbishment projects across Belfast and the surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of projects from start to finish, delivering high-quality commercial fit-outs in a fast-paced environment with a strong pipeline of upcoming work.

Key Responsibilities

* Full project ownership from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

* Lead, manage, and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

* Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

* Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and progress updates.

* Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.

* Conduct progress meetings and proactively resolve technical, operational, or commercial challenges.

* Drive efficiencies to achieve programme targets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Project Manager on fit-out or refurbishment projects.

* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

* Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and site compliance.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

* Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.

* Right to work in Northern Ireland required.
