A well-established, family-run agricultural manufacturer is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of on-site installation projects. The role is key to ensuring systems are installed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from planning to handover, ensuring quality and safety.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience within an Argi sector highly beneficial.
- Experience managing construction or installation projects.
- Sound understanding of health & safety and technical processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and budgeting.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
