The CSR Group are working on behalf of a well-established and growing construction solutions company. They are seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee the on-site delivery of large-scale projects involving precast panels and concrete flooring. This is a site-based role (a few days a month) with responsibility for the complete management of construction operations, from design and planning through to execution and completion.

Salary £55 65k

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large construction projects across all phases.
Develop and implement project strategies and schedules.
Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality assurance.
Monitor progress and budgets, taking corrective actions as needed.
Build and maintain client relationships to support repeat business.
Provide financial forecasting and performance reporting.
Ensure compliance with safety documentation and regulations (e.g., F10).
Mentor and support site teams and junior project managers.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management.
Ideally with experience in precast concrete or flooring systems.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and planning skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Project.
