The CSR Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Site/Project Manager to join a family run main contractor working on a wide range of public and commercial projects generally ranging from £15 30m.

The Project is a £25m Healthcare RC Frame Project in Belfast

Reporting to the Contracts Manager duties will include:

Ensuring that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints

Day to day running of Site

Site compliance with Quality, Environmental & Health & Safety statutory and management system requirements

Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets

Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines

Delegating supervision tasks to

Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships

Providing specialist technical leadership

Qualifications/Skills Required:

Demonstrable record of successfully delivering Commercial Projects valued £20M+

Excellent organisational and coordination skills

Experience of leading a site team in planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints

3rd level training/degree in a construction related course or a qualified trade background with relevant experience.

IT and standard industry software skills

Full driving licence

Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients

Experience of managing and developing a site team and maintaining strong working relationships with everyone on site
