Role: Business Systems Project Manager
Location: Downpatrick, Co. Down
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 + benefits
Setup: Full-time | Flexible working available
Are you a strategic and hands-on Project Manager with a passion for technology and continuous improvement? We’re looking for someone to lead and support a range of digital transformation initiatives across a busy operational environment, helping drive smarter systems, better data, and more efficient processes.
What you’ll do:

Lead the delivery of business-critical tech and digital projects

Translate complex needs into practical solutions using ERP, MES, or automation systems

Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners

Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact

Champion adoption and engagement across the organisation
What you’ll bring:

Strong experience delivering digital or IT projects in fast-paced environments

Skilled in project tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Familiarity with different delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Ideally, experience in regulated or production-led sectors
