About the Role

Are you passionate about operational resilience, risk management, and driving meaningful change across a global organisation?

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Resilience / Risk Program Manager to join a Markets Operations COO team. You’ll play a key role in strengthening the bank’s operational resilience and critical outsourcing frameworks in line with global regulatory expectations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple teams — including Global Markets Operations, Enterprise Resilience, Risk & Controls, and Audit — to design, deliver, and embed sustainable control solutions that safeguard the bank’s clients and operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Support enterprise resilience and critical outsourcing projects from design to delivery.
  • Partner with SMEs to map critical business services and associated assets (people, technology, data, facilities, and third parties).
  • Design and execute severe but plausible scenario stress testing and document after-action reports.
  • Identify, track, and remediate control vulnerabilities and operational risks.
  • Manage project milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Provide input into Manager Control Assessment (MCA) processes and continuous monitoring activities.
  • Engage with stakeholders across multiple regions and functions to ensure compliance and resilience readiness.
  • Drive accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across risk and control initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6–10 years’ experience as a Risk-focused Business Analyst or Program Manager in financial services or investment banking.
  • Strong understanding of Markets Operations and control frameworks.
  • Knowledge of payments, funds movements, and associated controls is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – confident leading discussions across senior business, risk, and technology teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with a self-starter mindset.
