Contract – Lead BA/PM (Regulatory Change | Capital Markets)
Belfast | £558/day (Umbrella)
We’re hiring a seasoned BA/PM to lead regulatory change across multiple asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Post-Trade).
You’ll drive delivery of key regs — CSDR, EMIR Refit, SFTR, MiFID II, Basel III/CRR II
Responsibilities :
- Own and deliver regulatory change workstreams.
- Define requirements & ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
- Manage testing, go-live readiness & governance.
- Align global stakeholders and keep risk/issues on track.
Experience required:
- 10+ yrs in FS, 5+ in regulatory transformation.
- Solid post-trade ops knowledge (settlements, reporting, margining, recs).
- Proven European regs delivery track record.
- Strong docs, process mapping & stakeholder skills.
- Bonus: exposure to CCPs, CSDs, custodians.
